The annual festival at the Kodimoottil Bhagavathy Temple at Parippalli in Kollam is a big event with the main attraction being a ‘gajamela’ or elephant pageantry on the concluding day. Other attractions of the festival include the rituals of ‘thalappoli’ and ‘kuthiyottam’. Traditional percussion orchestra can be enjoyed on all days.
