Mr. Johanson

During his second visit to Kerala, Mr. Johanson from United Kingdom found himself in the thick of action, since he was associated with an eco-tourism project in God’s Own Country. He says, “the work is exciting, interacting with local people and at times facing the odds like Monsoon, which is a different kind of challenge, but often enjoyable.”

He met several tour operators and others professionals from the tourism fraternity in Kerala, and had exchanged views on matters relating to the tourism scenario in Kerala.

Mr. Johanson says, “the people out here are very interesting, always asking how are you? What are you doing?….very inquisitive bunch of people.”

According to Johanson, the variety of tourism vistas, spread over the state, like hill stations, beaches, backwaters.…it is quite amazing for a visitor to find this small place, blessed with so much of nature and life. He feels this as quite a handful for a visitor to see and experience. Just like the variety in destinations, Mr. Johanson was also equally impressed by the variety in dishes that he could find in different parts of Kerala.
