She is a globetrotter and her travels around the world have convinced her one thing ? the most hospitable place in the world is the Capital City of Kerala - Thiruvananthapuram.
Talking to 'The Hindu' recently for its Metro Plus issue, Ms. Tammy Dollar, who has been the vice president for corporate functions at US Technology for more than 25 years, had few more intimate thoughts about Thiruvananthapuram. With US Technology having one of its offices at the Technopark campus in Thiruvananthapuram, Ms. Tammy Dollar has been a regular visitor to the city over the last six years.
Further to her liking as the most hospitable city, Ms. Tammy finds the city as one that teems with smile, wherever she goes. She feels that there is a noticeable level of optimism and confidence among the people, who are on the move. They are very warm, and inviting people new to the city to their homes and sharing food with them is something that makes them happy. This is something that is rarely found in other parts of the world, feels Ms. Tammy.
Adding to the reasons for her special liking for the city of Thiruvananthapuram, Ms. Tammy also feels that the green cover in the city is something she admires very much and she enjoys this every time she looks out from her apartment in the city.
Ms. Tammy Dollar has a word of appreciation for the womenfolk out here in the city. According to her, "Some of the most intelligent women in our company work here in Technopark".
