It was Ayurveda and its wonderful healing powers that attracted British interior designer cum architect Nadia Khan to Kerala. But she soon found out that this green country has many more wonders in store.

What is it about Kerala that you like the most?

Its open space and lushness. That is very calming and refreshing.

You said you came here specifically for Ayurvedic treatment. What do you think of it?

I?ve just kind of started but I can feel the positive difference it has made in just two or three days. It feels quite good.

What do you think of the people of Kerala?

Extremely polite, friendly .. genuine. They have time for you and their dealings with people are not only money-oriented.

Do you plan to make more trips here?

I do hope I can. It?s a great place for a holiday.
