Terms and Conditions for Jet Airways & Kerala Tourism promotion 

1. Promotion : All guests flying on the domestic flights of Jet Airways, Jet Airways Konnect & JetLite between February 01, 2010 and February 28, 2010 (both days inclusive) shall be eligible to participate in the promotion. The guests will have to fill up and hand over the completed entry form to the crew onboard prior to the completion of the flight.

2. Promotion Period : February 01, 2010 and February 28, 2010 (both days inclusive).

3. Prizes for the Promotion : 1 free holiday package of 6 Nights/7days from Kerala Tourism inclusive of flights. Total of 10 such holiday packages to be given out. Winners will be chosen basis a lucky draw during the promotion period.

4. Terms and Conditions: Holiday Package

• Total of 20 economy class return tickets to Cochin during the promotion period from Jet Airways from (Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad) for total 10 winners with a travelling companion of their choice.
  
  
• The redemption dates for the holiday packages would be 15 June 2010 to 31 July 2010 (both days inclusive) i.e. the holiday package (air travel and hotel stay) needs to be undertaken and completed between 15 June 2010 and 31 July 2010.
  
  
• The winner will be responsible for arranging for all the travel related expenses and logistics to the origin of the free flight and from the destination of the free flight including insurance, hotel stay, airport transfers to the hotel and back.
  
  
• All applicable taxes, fees, airport tax, ticket taxes, user development fee, etc as applicable for the prize tickets will have to be borne by the winners.
  
  
• In case a winner does not reside in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad he/she has to make his/her own provision to reach the departing city to take the flight to Cochin. Should there be a waiting period, the winner shall make his/her own arrangement for hotel stay and ground transfers.
  
  
• Confirmation of seats against the prize tickets, are subject to capacity and class controls.
  
  
• Issue of prize ticket will be done at the Jet Airways ticketing office only. Details of Jet Airways’ ticketing offices are available on www.jetairways.com.
  
  
• The air tickets will have definite travel dates as specified by the winner and open dated tickets will not be issued. Free tickets under the promotion cannot be issued for waitlisted bookings.
  
  
• Prize tickets once issued, will be non re-routable, non-endorsable, non-transferable and date changes will not be permitted.
  
  
• Prize tickets cannot be upgraded to the higher class of travel against Upgrade Vouchers or by paying difference in fare.
  
  
• The carriage in respect of the prize tickets is subject to Jet Airways’ regulations relating to the Conditions of Contract and all other terms and conditions regarding Jet Airways’ policies and procedures.
  
  
• Discounted / free air tickets (other than revenue tickets and tickets purchased by redeeming JPMiles) will not be eligible for participation in the promotion and lucky draw.
  
  
• The prize tickets will not be eligible for accrual of any JPMiles.
  
  
• This promotion is purely optional to guests travelling on the flights of Jet Airways & JetLite during the promotion period.
  
  
• Kerala Tourism shall offer 10 hotel packages which shall include stay in hotels / resorts in Kerala inclusive of all meals and taxes.
  
  
• Local transfer charges, travel charges, airport to hotel transfers etc will have to be borne by the winners.
  
• Ayurveda/Cigarette/Beverage/Laundry charges will have to be paid to the respective hotel / resort as per consumption.

5. General Terms & Conditions:

• This promotion is only open to residents of India having a permanent residential address in India. Proof of residency will be required.
  
  
• Participants must be over the age of 18 years.
  
  
• Jet Airways and Kerala Tourism will choose a winner from amongst qualifying entrants. The winners will be featured on the following websites: www.keralatourism.org / www.jetairways.com. Winners will be contacted by both Jet Airways & Kerala Tourism subject to accurate contact information provided by the participant in the entry form.
  
  
• Winners must establish contact with Jet Airways & Kerala Tourism within 7 days of the receipt of their intimation. Failure to do so will result in them forfeiting their prize. In order to claim the prizes the winners must produce a copy of their boarding pass/eTicket, identity proof or any other document at the discretion of Jet Airways and Kerala Tourism.
  
  
• Prizes are not transferable and cash or any other compensation in lieu of prize (free) will not be offered. Prizes are non exchangeable & non encashable.
  
  
• The prizes will be awarded subject to verification and fulfilment of all Terms and Conditions set under this promotion.
  
  
• Lost or stolen prize tickets will not be replaced.
  
  
• All entrants and winners waive any and all rights of claim against Jet Airways, JetLite and Kerala Tourism with regard to the promotion or the terms and conditions thereof.
  
  
• Employees of Jet Airways (India) Ltd and its subsidiaries and Kerala Tourism and their respective family members and relatives will not be eligible to participate in this promotion.
  
  
• The decision of Jet Airways (India) Ltd and Kerala Tourism will be final & binding on all participants and is non-contestable.
  
  
• All prizes are subject to Income Tax/TDS if applicable as per the Income Tax laws or any other taxes/levies as may be applicable as per the prevailing Indian laws and the same are to be borne by the winner directly. Jet Airways and Kerala Tourism will have no liability with respect to the same.
  
  
• Jet Airways and Kerala Tourism reserve the right to withdraw the promotion and/or change, amend, extend, withdraw and/or alter any of the terms & conditions and prizes of this promotion, without any reason and at anytime, without prior notice.
  
  
• This promotion is an independent offer and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer from Jet Airways, JetLite or Kerala Tourism
  
  
• This promotion is subject to the applicable rules and regulations as may be in force in respective jurisdictions/states.
  
  
• Disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
  
  
• Winners of the promotion may voluntarily opt out of it.
