Method
of preparation
|
1.
Cut carrot, beans, banana, yam
and drumsticks into batons.
2. Boil the
vegetables with turmeric powder with just enough water.
3. Make a paste of grated coconut, jeera, green chilli, into
a
smooth paste.
4. Add this
into the vegetables & cook for 5 minutes. Add salt.
5. Heat coconut oil; add curry leaves for the tempering.
6. Add beaten curd to the vegetable mixture after removing
from fire
& add the tempering.
7. Serve hot.
