Ingredients Quantity
Dry fish 250 g
Onion 75 g
Green chilli 2
Ginger garlic paste 30 g
Coriander powder 30 g
Chilli powder 30 g
Turmeric powder 10 g
Curry leaves 100 g
Mustard 100 g
Fenugreek 100 g
Coconut oil 100 g

Method of preparation

1. Clean the dry fish and put it in cold water.
2. Take a vessel and add coconut oil, mustard, curry leaves, green chilli slices, onion slices and make it brown.
3. Add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder.
4. Add cleaned fish, tamarind and cook well.
