Method
of preparation

Cut the fish into cubes. Heat oil and
fry fenugreek, curry leaves, big chilly, onion. Saute and add
ginger.
Add the masala powders and saute well. Add the
second extract of
coconut milk, fish pieces and tomato.
When the fish is cooked, add the
tamarind pulp, salt and
finish off with first extract of coconut.
