Lamb with Kappa (Tapioca) Ularthiathu

Method of
preparation |
| 1. |
Clean tapioca and cut it into
small
cubes; boil it with enough salt and
water. |

Slice
onion and green chilli, saut?
with enough coconut
oil. |
| 3. |
Add
coriander powder, chilli powder,
turmeric powder, black pepper
powder and saut? for two
minutes. |
| 4. |
Crush
ginger, garlic, cinnamon,
cloves, cardamom and put all saut?ed
masala crushed ingredients and lamb in a
cooker with three cups
of water and enough salt; cook till
tender. |

Slice tomato and saut? with
little
coconut oil. Finally add cooked lamb and cooked tapioca
into the saut?ed
tomato. |

Stir and serve
hot. |
