Madhura Kizhangu Uppumavu |

The
delicious, starchy sweet potatoes, locally known as Madhura Kizhangu,
can well be used to prepare Uppumavu, a favourite breakfast item. |

| Curry leaves |

| Coconut
oil |
25 ml |
| Salt |

| Method of preparation |

Grate the Sweet potato,put it in boiling water and strain it |

Heat coconut oil in a kadai, add mustard seed, dry Red chilly,
Curry leaves, Onion and sauté for two minute. |

Then add Green chilly and potato; season with salt. |
