own crispy Pappadams… and a lip-smacking delicacy with them. This

Method
of preparation |

1. Pound the grated coconut with the green chillies,
curry leaves and small onions in a mixer bowl.
2. Fry the pappadams lightly – the usual way
– and then crumble them.
3. Now add salt and the coconut mixture to it and mix.
4. Crackle the mustard seeds in coconut oil and then
sauté the dry red chillies, chopped small onions and curry leaves.
5. Add the pappadam-coconut mixture and stir well.
6. Lower the flame and cook till done.
7. Serve hot.
