Thiruvalla is the headquarters of the Malankara Marthoma Syrian Church. The Paliakara Church here has some exquisite mural paintings. The Sree Vallabha Temple in Thiruvalla is perhaps the only one in Kerala where Kathakali is performed as a ritual offering everyday. |
