Registration for participation in National Travel Trade Fairs 2010 - 2011

 
  Kerala Tourism will participate in the National Travel Trade Fairs to be held in various metropolitan cities in the country during 2010-11. We offer special subsidised rates for hotels, tour operators, Ayurveda centres, houseboat owners, homestays and Serviced Villas for using the Kerala Pavilion in the fairs.

Hotels

  1. Any Hotel come under the categories of 3, 2 and 1 Star.
  2. Any small properties recommended by DTPC or District Officer of Department of Tourism.
  3. All above properties must be a provider of Tourist Arrival Statistics of Department of Tourism via online.

Tour Operators

  1. Any Tour Operator have approval of the Government of India/Government of Kerala Department of Tourism.

Ayurveda Centres

  1. Any Ayurveda Centres approved by Government of Kerala, Department of Tourism

Houseboat

  1. Any Houseboats approved by Government of Kerala, Department of Tourism

Homestays /Serviced villas

  1. Any Homestays /Serviced villas approved by Government of Kerala, Department of Tourism

Fees

Department of tourism will hire the space in bulk and decorate it in appropriate manner and a table space will be provided to each participants to market their properties at a rate of Rs.10000/- per fair. Homestays / Serviced villas will have to pay Rs. 7000/- pre table space. Those who participate in 5 or more fairs and pay the amount in bulk will be eligible for 20% special promotional subsidy offered by Department of Tourism

Table Space means A table with 1 sq. mtr publicity board & 2 chairs within a total floor area of 2 x 2 mtr.

Selection on the basis of first pay first served basis. Closing date of Registration will be 2 weeks before the event.

Director, Department of Tourism reserves the rights to finalise the partipants list of each event.

Terms and conditions

  1. Participants can reserve the space by clicking on the button REGISTRATION.       
  1. Please send the required amount as DD in favour of Director, Department of Tourism, Government of Kerala payable at Thiruvananthapuram.
  1. A maximum of 10 participants can participate in one fair. Hence only the first 10 who register and submit DD will be entitled to participate.
  1. Booking will be confirmed only after the receipt of DD at Kerala Tourism.
