The attractions and activities included in the trip are part of the day-to-day livelihood activities of the local host and hence no guarantee is assured if one or more activity is not possible to experience due to the reasons, which are beyond our control. In such case, refund of payment will be sanctioned only if more than three components in the trip are not available. However, guests are free to submit their refund claim to the Tourist Information Officer at the destination and the matter will be addressed within three days time from the date of receipt of it. In such cases, refund, if any, will be released to the client only through direct bank transfer, subject to the final decision taken by the competent authorities of Department of Tourism, Govt. of Kerala.
