This centre is involved in promoting drawing, painting and also has a cultural organization named 'Sargavedi' Courses in drawing and paintings are conducted. Established in 1980, the centre is managed by a Trust and is approved by the Government of Kerala. Also conducts an exhibition on April 3rd and 4th every year.
