If you are going through Muthanga or Tholpetty Wildlife Sanctuary, you can spot various wild animals, birds or rare varieties of flora. Herds of elephants, spotted deer, bison, Malabar squirrels and leopards are commonly seen in the sanctuary. There are giant watering holes, which quench the thirst of wild animals and you can see them coming in herds to the watering holes.
