International Consumer Trade Fairs.

ELIGIBILITY FOR PARTICIPATION

All the tourism related service providers with registered office in Kerala.

PARTICIPATION FEE:

The participation fee for the consumer fairs would be intimated to the registered co-exhibitors soon.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

• Eligible trade partners can register online on or before 15 December 2017.
• Space will be allotted on a first cum first served basis as the number of seats are limited.
• Preference will be given to those who had associated with Kerala Tourism in such marketing activities during last 3 consecutive years.
• For participation, registration needs to be done along with a security deposit of Rs.10,000/- per fair which will be adjusted against the participation fee for each fair The Security deposit has to be taken as DD in the name of the Director, Department of Tourism, Kerala and the DD details should be given while registering. Final payment should be done on receipt of the invoice from Kerala Tourism.
• Security deposit will be refunded to those who could not take part in the fairs due to unavailability of space.
• Security deposits will not be refunded to those who do not make the full payment before the due date, and in case of those who withdraw their participation.
• 30% of the total tables for each fair will be reserved for tour operators accredited by Kerala Tourism.
• Invoices will be sent only to those trade partners who have paid the security deposit, and based on the criteria detailed above.
• The DDs in original towards the advance/security deposit should reach the following address within three days from the date of registration.
