As part of our international marketing strategy, Kerala Tourism is planning to participate in the following Trade Fairs in the year 2023.

SCHEDULE

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE

1. Tour Operators accredited by Kerala Tourism *
2. Units classified/approved by Kerala Tourism such as Adventure Service Providers, Serviced Villas, Homestays and Ayurveda Centres
3. Houseboat Service Providers with valid licence from authorities concerned/classified by Kerala Tourism
4. Hotels/Resorts situated in Kerala
5. Tour operators recognized by Ministry of Tourism having office in Kerala

ALLOCATION OF TABLE SPACE

Number of table spaces will be in accordance with the stand space availed by Kerala Tourism, in the case of Trade Fairs.

Allotment of table space will be

• 50% of the total table space will be earmarked for the participants under category 1, 2 & 3
• Vacancies, in this category if any, will be filled up from applicants in category 4 / category 5
• Due preference will be given to those who had associated with Kerala Tourism in International Trade Fairs during immediate previous years
• Confirmation of participation will be on first-come-first-serve basis, subject to the conditions mentioned above

SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR TRADE FAIRS

In order to ensure smooth conduct of the events, the participants should pay a REFUNDABLE security deposit of Rs 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) per trade fair.

Co-exhibitor fees for each fair will be intimated later on receipt of the invoice from organiser.

• The Security Deposit will be refunded to the participant, immediately after the successful participation in the trade fair.
• The Security Deposit will be forfeited, if the applicant fails to participate/withdraw without any valid reasons convincing to the authority.
• The payment of security deposit should be made to the below mentioned bank account before registration, and the transaction details should be given while registering.
  The transaction details towards the payment of security deposit amount should match with the details furnished in the registration form. If not so, the registration will be invalid and the amount of deposit will be forfeited.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

• Space will be allotted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• Preference will be given to those who had associated with Kerala Tourism in international marketing activities during the previous years.
• For participation in the trade fairs, a REFUNDABLE security deposit of Rs 5,000/- per fair has to be paid
• The security deposit made will be refunded as Cheque/NEFT/RTGS/IMPS after receipt of the full payment towards the co-exhibitor fee for participating in the fairs.
• Advance/Security deposits will not be refunded to those who do not make the full payment before the due date, and in case of those who withdraw their participation.
• Invoice/payment instruction will be sent only to those trade partners who have paid the advance/security deposit amount and based on the criteria detailed above.
