As part of our international marketing strategy, Kerala Tourism is planning to organize the following B2B meets in the year 2023.

The above events will be planned based on trade participation, market scenario and travel formalities.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE

  1. Tour Operators accredited by Kerala Tourism *
  2. Units classified/approved by Kerala Tourism such as Adventure Service Providers, Serviced Villas, Homestays and Ayurveda Centres
  3. Houseboat Service Providers with valid licence from authorities concerned/classified by Kerala Tourism
  4. Hotels/Resorts situated in Kerala
  5. Tour operators recognized by Ministry of Tourism having office in Kerala

ALLOCATION OF TABLE SPACE

Will be around 10-12 per city

Allotment of table space will be

  • 50% of the total table space will be earmarked for the participants under category 1, 2 & 3
  • Vacancies, in this category if any, will be filled up from applicants in category 4 / category 5
  • Due preference will be given to those who had associated with Kerala Tourism in International B2B Meets during immediate previous years
  • Confirmation of participation will be on first-come-first-serve basis, subject to the conditions mentioned above

PARTICIPATION FEE FOR B2B MEETS

The participation fee per B2B Meet is Rs. 20,000/-. For those who attend two or more meets, the discounted rates are as follows:

  • 02-04 meets - Rs 18,000/- per meet (10% Discount)
  • 05-07 meets - Rs 16,000/- per meet (20% Discount)

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

  • An advance of Rs 20,000/- has to be made, irrespective of the number of the meets selected. The advance amount will be adjusted against the total participation fee for the meets selected. Final payments should be done on receipt of the invoice from Kerala Tourism.
  • The advance amount should be made to the below mentioned bank account before registration, and the transaction details should be given while registering.

  • Advance amount will not be refunded to those who do not make the full payment before the due date, and in case of those who withdraw their participation.
  • Invoice/payment instruction will be sent only to those trade partners who have paid the advance amount and based on the criteria detailed above.
