Good health is always the greatest possession of a human being. And this is the time to ensure wellness for mental, physical and social well-being!

Yoga is one way of earning good health. It relaxes your mind, rejuvenates your body and makes you feel better each day. It’s the right thing to do in these lockdown days, not only to kill the extra time in your hands but also to stay fit.

Kerala Tourism has launched a microsite on yoga where you will get to know all about this ancient form of exercise. The microsite bestows you with a detailed description of the different schools of yoga, its philosophy, different asanas (bodily postures), pranayamas (breathing techniques) and meditations.

The website includes pictures and videos of different asanas as well, that will inspire you to live a healthy lifestyle. Focus on fitness and find inner peace with yoga in this time of the global pandemic.
