All in a day's work
Traditional fishermen of Kerala employ different methods to catch fish. The picture has for you a moment snapped during a routine of fishermen, on a bright sunny morning, near the Kovalam beach in Thiruvananthapuram.
As you can see, these huge nets is spread out in the waters near the coast by small boats and then hauled in by the fishermen from the beach to collect the catch. It is a tedious and physically demanding way of fishing practiced by the local fishermen for a living.
