For Your Eco-home

Bamboo is found abundantly in Kerala. The craftsmen in Kerala use traditional technology and craftsmanship to create products using this plant. This includes both functional and decorative items.

Kerala Responsible Tourism Mission offers travel packages to experience the village life of Kerala. As part of this, skilled artisans of Kerala will teach you the making of bamboo crafts. Bamboo products are eco-friendly and at the same time beautiful and exquisite.

Uravu is a non-profit organisation in Wayanad that makes use of indigenous sciences and technology for the upliftment of the tribes in the area. This organization runs a bamboo crafts design and production centre. This is one of the best places in Kerala to experience this art.
