Aralam Wildlife Sanctuary is an extended piece of the Brahmagiri sanctuary in Karnataka and is rich in bio-diversity. It is spread over 55 sq km of undulating forested highlands on the slopes of the Western Ghats. Trek to Meenmutty Waterfalls is one of the popular trekking programmes at Aralam, which is located in the district of Kannur in Kerala.
