Sandhya Rao Mehta

Sandhya Rao Mehta is an Associate Professor of Global Literature in the Department of English and Translation, Sultan Qaboos University. Sandhya's research focuses on Diaspora Studies, with particular focus on gendered diaspora . She is also working on projects involving the historical Indian community in Oman. Her other areas of interest in ELT [English Language Teaching] include critical thinking in EFL and student centered educational pedagogies in the literature classroom.
