Introduction to Course Model
The entire course follows a micro-learning model, where you will learn each concept through multiple small units. Each portion has a built-in multiple-choice questionnaire. Answering the questions correctly will take you to the next portion. There might be multiple correct answers or no correct answers so choose accordingly.

Introduction to the Characters
Kunjettan : A middle-aged expat, who recently came back to Kerala.

Mini : Kunjettan's niece.

Radha is a woman in her early forties, an elected Panchayat Ward Member from a coastal–backwater village in Kerala. She grew up in the village, comes from a traditional fishing–agricultural family, and is closely involved in local development and women’s issues.

Amina is a woman in her late thirties, also an elected Panchayat Member, who previously worked as a schoolteacher before entering local governance. She is known for her work on education, sanitation, and community welfare.

Anitha Thomas is a Higher Secondary School teacher in her early forties, teaching Social Sciences in a government school in Kerala. She often connects classroom lessons with everyday experiences and encourages students to observe changes happening around them.

Arjun Nair is an undergraduate student in tourism studies in his early twenties. Curious and observant, he is beginning to question how tourism affects places, people, and nature beyond textbook definitions.

Basheer is a tourism practitioner in his late fifties. He has spent decades working in tourism-related businesses in Kerala and has witnessed how destinations change over time. He speaks from lived experience and observation.

Nikhil is in his early thirties and works closely with community tourism initiatives, homestays, and local guides. He understands emerging tourism ideas and explains them in simple, practical terms.
