INSTRUCTIONS /നിര്‍ദ്ദേശങ്ങള്‍


  1. അടിസ്ഥാന യോഗ്യത
    • നിലവില്‍ ഏതെങ്കിലും തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനത്തിലെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ട ജന പ്രതിനിധി ആയിരിക്കണം.
    • പ്ലസ്‌ടു/പ്രീഡിഗ്രി പാസ്സ്‌ അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ തത്തുല്യ യോഗ്യത
  2. അധിക യോഗ്യതകള്‍
    • ഉത്തരവാദിത്ത ടൂറിസം മിഷനിലെ നിലവിലെ ജില്ലാ ആര്‍ പി/പെപ്പര്‍ ആര്‍ പി ആയിട്ടുള്ളവര്‍ക്കും, ഉത്തരവാദിത്ത ടൂറിസം മിഷനില്‍ രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്‌തിരിക്കുന്ന യൂണിറ്റ്‌ ലിഡര്‍മാര്‍/അംഗങ്ങള്‍ ആയിട്ടുള്ളവര്‍
    • കുടുംബശ്രീ മിഷനിലെ ആര്‍ പി മാര്‍, സിഡിഎസ്‌/എഡിഎസ്‌ സംവിധാനത്തില്‍ വര്‍ക്ക്‌ ചെയ്‌തിട്ടുള്ളവര്‍/ ചെയ്യുന്നവര്‍
    • മറ്റു അധിക വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യതകള്‍
    • തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളില്‍ പ്രസിഡന്റ്‌, വൈസ്‌പ്രസിഡന്റ്‌, സ്റ്റാന്റിംഗ്‌ കമ്മിറ്റി ചെയര്‍മാന്‍/ചെയര്‍ പേഴ്‌സണ്‍ സ്ഥാനം വഹിക്കുന്നവര്‍/ വഹിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളവര്‍
  3. മറ്റു നിബന്ധനകള്‍
    • സ്റ്റേറ്റ്‌ ലെവല്‍ ആര്‍പി സീറ്റുകളില്‍ 50% വനിതകള്‍ക്കായി മാറ്റി വച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
    • ആകെ സീറ്റിന്റെ 10% പട്ടികജാതി, പട്ടിക വര്‍ഗ്ഗ വിഭാഗത്തില്‍പ്പെട്ടവര്‍ക്കായി മാറ്റി വച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു
    • ഒരു തദ്ദേശ സ്വയം ഭരണ സ്ഥാപനത്തില്‍ നിന്നും (ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്ത്‌ ഒഴികെ) ഒരു ജനപ്രതിനിധിയെ മാത്രമേ സ്റ്റേറ്റ്‌ ലെവല്‍ ആര്‍പി പാനലില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തുകയുള്ളു. ഒന്നിലധികം പേര്‌ അപേക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ അധിക യോഗ്യതകള്‍ക്കൊപ്പം വനിതകള്‍ക്കും, പട്ടികജാതി, പട്ടിക വര്‍ഗ്ഗ വിഭാഗത്തില്‍പ്പെട്ടവര്‍ക്കും മുന്‍ഗണന നല്‍കുന്നതായിരിക്കും

  1. Basic Qualification
    • Should be an elected representative of any Local Self-Government Institutions currently.
    • Plus Two / Pre-Degree Pass or equivalent qualification
  2. Additional Qualifications
    • Current District RP of Responsible Tourism Mission / Pepper RP and Unit Leaders of Responsible Tourism Mission / Members
    • RPs in Kudumbasree Mission, those formerly employed in CDS / ADS or those presently employed
    • Other Additional Educational Qualifications
    • President, Vice-President, Standing Committee Chairman / Chairperson in Local Self Government Institutions (former or present)
  3. Other Conditions
    • 50% of state level RP seats are reserved for women
    • 10% of the total seats are reserved for those belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes
    • Only one representative from a local body (excluding the District Panchayat) will be included in the State Level RP Panel. If more than one person has applied, preference will be given to women, those belonging to SCs, STs and those with additional qualifications
