Sree Kottiyoor Nanmadam Temple

It is said that the deity was brought from Narikkottu manor and spiritually cleansed with holy water before it was consecrated on a pedestal. The temple is situated at the Pariyaram Panchayathu stop on the Payyanur route. Theyyams performed here range from Pulloor Kaali, Pullikkarinkaali, Pulloor Kandan, Pulikkandan, Karinthiri Nair, Vishnumoorthy, Raktha Chamundi, Kurathiyamma, Kundoor Chamundi and both southern and northern Gulikans.
