Kambrath Tharavadu Devasthanam is said to have formed when the Goddess came away from Uthamanthil Tharavadu Ara (family chamber) to the present location. The temple is at Thangayam, east of the government hospital at Trikaripur via Kannur. The Theyyams include Vishnumoorthy, Kanakkara Bhagavathy, Raktha Chamundi, Madayil Chamundi, Bhagavathy and Karanavar.
