Pulimuthappan Kavu

This temple is a true "Kavu" as it is in the middle of a tropical jungle surrounded by thickets of huge trees and thick intertwining vines, all many years old. Two sanctums are preserved next to each other, both in the traditional style. For its historical architectural elements the temple is being considered for inclusion in the Kavu conservation project.
