Booking and Occupancy Policy

  • When you come to Yathri Nivas, please carry a copy of the booking confirmation received from this website after successful payment. You will not be allotted rooms without booking confirmation.
  • If you have not received booking confirmation from this website containing reservation date and room details, your booking process has not been completed. Kindly contact Yathri Nivas for any query.
  • The Guest can Book the rooms 30 days prior to the Occupancy.
  • Any valid ID card in original shall be produced at the time of Check-in before the authorized person-in-charge of the Yathri Nivas/ Guest House.
  • Booking of rooms shall not be transferred or made over to the possession of another person.
  • No pets are allowed in the room or premises of the Yathri Nivas/ Guest House.
  • Use of Alcohol and outside food are not allowed in the rooms.
  • Guest can order Food from the institution on demand and direct payment systems are available.
  • Feedback form will be offered to the Guests for the Appreciation/ Complaints regarding the services rendered.
  • All major Credit and Debit cards are accepted.
  • If any damage of property is identified, it will be charged at the time of Check-out.
  • The reservation of rooms only meant for Accommodation and other activities such as meeting, conventions etc. will not be allowed.
  • Credit will not be entertained.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before 7 days full amount will be refunded
  • Within 7 - 3 days before the date of stay 50% refund.
  • Within 3 days before the date of stay No refund
  • GST paid will not be refunded from Department of Tourism.
  • In case of refund, bank transactions charges will be deducted above cancellation charges.
  • In case of credit card transactions, refund will be done only to the same credit card.
