‘Jalayanam’ is an enterprising project of the Responsible Tourism Mission in association with the Kozhikode Block Panchayat to give a fillip to tourism projects in the Malabar region. It is a public participation tourism development programme initiated by the Responsible Tourism Mission in association with the Calicut Block Panchayat.
