Dileep Kumar P.I. is the Co-founder and CEO of Imperience Hotels & Resorts, bringing 35 years of distinguished experience across the public and private hospitality sectors. As a seasoned professional, he has played a significant role in the evolution of Kerala Tourism industry since the early 1990s, witnessing its transformation into a globally recognized brand.

He launched his entrepreneurial journey in 2021, following a successful tenure as General Manager of the iconic Leela Raviz Kovalam. His extensive career began at ITDC Ashok New Delhi and includes senior leadership roles with prestigious brands such as Le Méridien, Starwood, The Oberoi Group, and InterContinental Hotels Group. Notably, he is a pioneer in establishing professional Sales and Marketing streams within Kerala's hospitality industry.

Dileep pursued advanced studies in Hospitality and Tourism Management at the Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management in Salzburg, Austria, awarded a prestigious Government of India scholarship. He serves on the Kerala Tourism Advisory Committee, the Board of Governors for IHMCT Kovalam, and the Academic Council of Sree Narayana Guru Open University. Currently, he is developing 'Sreemoolavasam' in Muttom, Alappuzha—a luxury wellness retreat rooted in Kerala's Buddhist traditions of Ayurveda.
