He also played a key role in formulating safety and certification regulations for adventure activities in Kerala state and provided significant input to policy in several Indian states and at the national level.

Pradeep is a seasoned speaker and has presented and moderated at various fora in India and abroad. He is also a former rock climber, long distance cyclist and an Advanced Open Water Diver (scuba diving), with his interest in adventure dating back to the 1980s. His educational qualifications include a B.Tech in Electronics from NIT, Calicut and MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has previously worked across the globe in Tier 1 consultancies such as Accenture, Deloitte and Wipro, in addition to holding senior positions at other organizations.
