Terms & Conditions
I hereby solemnly declare and accept the following terms:
I am aware that a stall fee of ₹5,000 has been prescribed for all regular stalls in this programme, and ₹20,000+ for food outlets.
I understand that this fee has been waived for me because I am a verified registered unit under the Responsible Tourism Mission.
I acknowledge that once the stall is booked in my name, it is my responsibility to ensure participation in the programme. In the event that I fail to participate for any reason after booking the stall, I accept full responsibility for the resulting loss to the Mission.
I hereby undertake to remit the prescribed stall fee of ₹5,000 to the Mission without any objection if I do not participate after availing the free stall.
Ban on Plastics:
The use of plastic products is strictly prohibited.
Waste Management Responsibility:
The responsibility for managing all waste generated in connection with the stalls rests entirely with the stall allottees. In case of failure to comply, fines will be levied as per government regulations. The City Corporation and the Kerala Responsible Tourism Mission Society are authorized to impose such fines and legal action.
Waste Disposal Standards:
Those operating food stalls must strictly adhere to waste disposal regulations. Waste must be processed in accordance with government norms, Clean Kerala Mission (Suchatwa Mission) directives, and the guidelines issued by the Clean Kerala Mission. The stall allottees bear full responsibility for this; any lapse will result in strict actions, including the imposition of fines.
Mandatory Registrations:
All food stall operators must possess a valid FSSAI registration. Furthermore, any other necessary approvals from relevant government departments must be obtained.
Eco-Friendly Policy:
Single-use items or plastic materials are strictly prohibited in the stalls. Only 100% eco-friendly products are permitted for use.
Penalty for Non-Compliance:
The Kerala Responsible Tourism Mission Society and the Government reserve the right to evict those who violate these conditions from the stalls and to initiate strict disciplinary actions, including legal penalties and fines.
