Ernakulathappan Temple, Ernakulam
Popularly known as Ernakulathappan (Lord of Ernakulam) Temple, this structure highlights the beauty of the traditional Kerala style of architecture. The presiding deity here is Lord Shiva. The temple is situated in the heart of Ernakulam Town, near Kochi in Kerala. The walls of the sanctum sanctorum display exquisite sculptures, and the carvings on the ceiling are made of copper tiles.
