Organised by the Tourism Department under the theme 'Illuminating Joy, Spreading Harmony,' a dazzling light spectacle took place at Manachira Square to usher in the New Year. Alongside the magnificent light displays, renowned artists showcased cultural and artistic performances, further enhancing the splendour of the illuminated event.
