Muthanga Jungle Safari
Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary offers a two-hour jeep safari in the tourist zone of the jungle. An expert guide and a driver take you into the wild space. You would not know how time flies as the jeep bumps along the forest tracks, unveiling marvellous scenes now and then.
If you are lucky enough, you can catch a glimpse of the wild animals as well. Jeep safaris are conducted in the morning and evening when animal activity in the tourism zone is relatively high. You need to hire jeeps from the entrance for the safari.
