Located at a distance of eight kilometres from Thalassery in Kannur, Muzhappilangad welcomes travellers to bestow an exclusive beach experience. Muzhappilangad is Kerala's only drive-in beach. You can drive along its entire length of five kilometres and soak in the beauty of the Malabar coast. 

The beach is a swimmers paradise. The black rocks, naturally scattered across the shore, make the beach ideal for swimming as they act as a barrier to counter deep currents. There is also a children's park nearby.
