    Ingredients

    Curd (slightly sour) - 1 cup
    Coconut (grated) - half cup
    Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
    Turmeric powder - half tsp
    Green chilli - 1
    Salt
    Oil
    Mustard Seeds - half tsp
    Fenugreek seeds - half tsp
    Red chilli - 2
    Curry leaves

    Method of preparation
    Grind grated coconut, turmeric powder and green chilli to smooth paste and keep aside. In a pan, heat oil, splutter mustard seeds, add fenugreek seeds, broken red chilli, curry leaves and the ground paste. Saute till the raw taste / smell goes, add salt, mix and let cool. Mix in the slightly sour curd.
