Manu Remakant, Professor and Head of the PG Department of English at SN College, Chempazhanthy, is also a freelance writer who contributes stories regularly to various national and international magazines.
His hugely popular vlog, 'A Cup of Kavitha' has been introducing world poetry to Malayalee audiences for the last eight years.
Manu Remakant has authored four books on the national forests of Kerala for the Department of Tourism, Government of Kerala. The Sanctuary for the Soul series includes books on Eravikulam National Park, Periyar Tiger Sanctuary, Parambikkulam National Park, and Silent Valley National Park.
Recently Mathrubhumi Books published his first Malayalam book - Branded Batura - which became a best seller.
