YAANAM is a boutique travel literature festival that celebrates journeys - both
internal and external, written and spoken, visual and dramatic. Each year, YAANAM
will travel to a new destination, embracing the landscapes, people, and stories that
make each place unique.
The first edition unfolds in Varkala, October 2025 - a sea town where majestic
laterite cliffs plunge into the Arabian Sea, where every crashing wave carries a
timeless travelogue, and the air glows with the warmth of the sun.
