Hope. To manage the worries, stress, and negative thoughts during this Pandemic we need to reassure that "things will get better." We all need to motivate ourselves to stay positive by looking for things that make us happy. With Onam the joy ,happiness, love ,togetherness and different colours in nature gives life a meaning . That alone is a sign that we haven't given up hope, and that we believe that better things are on their way.
