The pond of turtles – Aamakkulam

A haven for the freshwater turtles and reptiles, Aamakkulam is located in Bedadukka village in Kasaragod district. The place also has a shrine, Adukkathu Temple, dedicated to Goddess Mahishasura Mardini.
