Priyadarshini Tea Plantation

Priyadarshini Tea Environs near Mananthavady in Wayanad district is a composite tourist destination, comprising tea estate, tea factory, tea museum, forest reserve and resort. Apart from undertaking tea tasting, visitors can stay at the tree houses and other accommodation facilities while feasting on the ethnic delicacies prepared by local communities. The cooperative society managing the plantation was started in 1984 for rehabilitating bonded tribal people of Wayanad district.
