Green Masala Fried Karimeen is a non vegetarian delicacy, that goes well with rice varieties.
Karimeen (pearl spot) (200gm) - 1
Green pepper - 1tsp
Green chilli - 1
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
Coconut oil - 1 tsp
Lime juice - 1 tsp
Egg - 1
Method of preparation
Mix all the ingredients in to a fine paste. Apply the mixture over the Karimeen (pearl spot) Shallow fry the fish. Serve hot.
