The delicious and fresh banana, soaked in a silky crunchy batter, makes for an absolutely amazing and quick snack. The recipe below is sure to be a hit in your own household as well.
Ingredients
Banana - 4
Refined Flour - 100 g
Yellow Colour - 4 drops
Cumin Seed - 1 pinch
Sugar - 100 g
Refined oil - 1.5 litre
Method of Preparation
Peel the ripe bananas and cut it into long pieces. Prepare a batter with flour, sugar, cumin seeds and yellow colour. Dip the slices of banana in the batter and fry it in the refined oil. Serve hot in a dish.
