Keerippara trekking is one of the eco-tourism packages at Silent Valley National Park. Keerippara is a vantage point, which can be reached through Mukkali- Keerippara road and the programme includes a 5 km trek to Keerippara Camp shed, which is located in the scenic spot above Attappady ghat.  

The one day package necessitates that the visitors check in at Mukkali by 1200 hrs. The trail runs through a tangle of forest types in the buffer zone of the Park. The time span for the trek is 4 hrs. Advance booking is necessary for this programme.
