Munnar in Full Bloom

Nature lovers often find their hearts stolen by the time their eyes are done consuming Munnar’s exquisite landscape for the very first time. Situated at the confluence of three mountain streams - Muthirappuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala, Munnar is known for the Neelakurinji flowers that bloom once in twelve years. Anamudi, South India's highest peak is also located here. Its flora is renowned as some of the species found here have long passed into oblivion around the world. The visuals below are testament to the many wonders that await a person in this picture-perfect hill station.
