I also agree that use of or purchase from such Service Providers is at my own risk. Under no circumstances is the DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM/ RESPONSIBLE TOURISM MISSION responsible for any damages arising from the transactions between me and the Service Providers. The DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM/ RESPONSIBLE TOURISM MISSION is also not responsible for information provided by the Service Providers.
