St. Mary’s Syro-Malabar Catholic Forane Church, popularly known as Koratty Muthy is a church in the Archdiocese of Ernakulam-Angamaly. It is considered as one of the most revered Marian Pilgrim Centre in India after Velankanni. Koratty Muthy is also known as Our Lady with Poovan Bananas (Poovankula Matha), as Poovankula is the main offering during the annual feast festival.
